Roles and Responsibilities : -

  • Achieve Order book targets and revenue targets as per annual budgets
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to reach new customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client organizations.
  • Create and design learning solutions / framework as per the client needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our training solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Education Industry.
