At FYERS, your role is to make sure our brand sounds and feels consistent across every platform. We're looking for a creative professional who can uphold our brand voice, maintain content integrity, and transform scripts, carousels, and infographics from good to great.

What You'll Do

  • Track and analyze fundamental, sectoral, and market developments in Indian equities by studying annual reports, balance sheets, DRHPs, quarterly filings, and primary research sources.
  • Review and distil insights from equity research reports, industry data, and regulatory updates to build strong analytical foundations for content.
  • Monitor corporate actions, monetary / fiscal policies, budget announcements, global macro events, and sectoral trends to identify key talking points.
  • Provide fundamental breakdowns of companies and sectors — extracting key numbers, valuations, risks, and growth drivers.
  • Support fast-turnaround content creation for IPOs, Markets Decoded, sector / company breakdowns, and topical / trending stories.
  • Collaborate with the content team to translate research insights into engaging, compliant scripts, supplying verified numbers, fact-checked insights, and crisp talking points.
  • Transform complex financial insights into clear, relatable, and creative scripts that can connect with retail investors, newbie traders, and professionals, making market content engaging and easy to understand.
  • Ensure all market-related content is SEBI-compliant, with appropriate disclosures and without biased recommendations.
  • Contribute to visual storytelling by identifying data points, charts, and comparisons for infographics and graphics-led content.
  • Proactively pitch new content ideas by staying ahead of emerging market themes, corporate events, and global developments.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background : Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field. MBA / CFA / CA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certification : Valid NISM Series XV – Research Analyst certification (mandatory for compliance).
  • Experience : 2–4 years in equity research, IPO analysis, or market analysis. Freshers with NISM certification and strong analytical skills may also apply.

    • Skills Needed :

  • Strong grasp of financial statements, DRHPs, valuations, and sectoral analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources (annual reports, filings, research notes, macro data).
  • Familiarity with SEBI research and content compliance requirements.
  • Strong creative writing ability to reframe financial data and analysis into engaging, script-ready formats for online content.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken); Hindi proficiency a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to provide inputs for infographics and visuals.
  • Mindset : Proactive, detail-oriented, compliance-aware, curious about markets, and comfortable with fast-paced, content-driven deadlines.
