Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Product Manager with strong SaaS experience to drive feature strategy, product development, and cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and design teams. You will own the product roadmap, requirements definition, delivery timelines, sprint execution, and continuous improvement of TheHireHub.Ai platform. This role demands a hustler mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to manage rapidly evolving product needs while ensuring flawless execution across engineering, UI / UX, QA, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, definition, and delivery of SaaS product features, enhancements, and releases for TheHireHub.Ai.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation.
Collaborate closely with design (Figma wireframes), backend, frontend, AI / ML teams, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Run sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain product development velocity.
Prioritize product initiatives using customer feedback, data insights, and strategic roadmap alignment.
Track and report product progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Maintain structured product documentation, feature specs, and communication across project management tools.
Ensure that every product release meets quality, usability, and performance standards.
Work closely with the founder / product owner to convert product vision into actionable development plans.
Continuously improve internal processes, product speed, and cross-team coordination.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Associate Product Manager / Project Manager in a SaaS product company.
Proven experience working with engineering, UX / UI design, and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
Hands-on expertise with :
Jira / ClickUp / Trello / Asana
Notion / Confluence
Slack
Strong working knowledge of Figma—able to interpret wireframes and translate them into product workflows.
Ability to work with technical teams (backend, frontend, DevOps, AI / ML) and convert business requirements into technical tasks.
Excellent communication skills to drive discussions between developers, designers, customers, and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
