Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication regarding project objectives, timelines, and progress.
• Risk Management : Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project pitfalls and develop mitigation plans.
• Resource Allocation : Manage resource allocation across projects, assigning tasks based on team members' skills and project requirements.
• Process Improvement : Advocate for and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality within the technical delivery team.
• Post-Project Reviews : Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and integrate improvements into future projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Background : Typically holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management. Advanced degrees can enhance qualifications.

Experience : Candidates usually have hands-on experience in IT and project management, progressing through roles that develop their skills in overseeing technical projects and managing teams.
