We’re Hiring : Human Resources Operations Specialist – Coimbatore

Nubis is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operational expertise, a people-first mindset, and a passion for building a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Onboarding & Orientation : Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Employee Engagement : Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
• Policy Management : Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and business goals.
• Performance Appraisals : Coordinate performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback cycles.
• Training & Development : Identify skill gaps and organize learning programs for employee growth.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and manage documentation.
• Conflict Resolution : Address employee grievances and mediate workplace issues to maintain a positive environment.
• HR Systems Management : Maintain HR databases, HRMS platforms, and timesheet systems to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
