Job description

Work directly with Founder's of BabyBillion : Dinesh - 3x founder with 2 exits - and Akshit - 8 years in YouTube. Build systems, ship outcomes, and learn how to run a company end-to-end.

Location Bengaluru - (in office) preferred

Experience 1-3 years in founder’s office, product, growth, ops, or consulting

What you will do

Turn founder priorities into clear plans, owners, and deadlines
Build dashboards and cadences that keep teams on track
Ship priority projects end to end - insights, GTM, partnerships
Create SOPs so work scales without founders

The Bar - Skills and Traits

Storyteller - writes crisp 1-pagers and compelling decks

Structured thinking - frames problems, sequences actions, sets guardrails

Data driven - fluent in Google Sheets and metrics - reads experiments

Consumer insights - turns parent feedback and YT data into decisions

First principles - independent judgment over playbooks

Hard worker - high throughput with clean details

Fast learner - ramps on new domains and tools quickly

Curiosity - asks precise questions and digs one layer deeper
