Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Gurugram Office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and will need to travel domestically or abroad to meet customers. Additional responsibilities include creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role involves actively liaising with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective Sales Strategies
Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Forecasting tools
Leadership experience and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Knowledge of confectionery machinery or manufacturing industries is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Willingness to work on-site at the Gurugram office as no WFH permitted.
