Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing talent across IT and non-IT sectors, performing candidate screenings, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, conducting interviews, coordinating with candidates and clients, facilitating onboarding support, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities to ensure organizational needs are met effectively.

Salary - 15000-20000

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing and Candidate Screening techniques, with a track record of identifying and attracting top performers in both IT and non-IT domains.
• Strong skills in conducting interviews, Interview Coordination, and Onboarding Support to ensure seamless recruitment processes and positive experiences for candidates and clients.
• Knowledge of Payroll Management, including experience with managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational efficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the staffing or recruitment industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
