Head – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic

Head of FP&A

to lead planning, performance, and profitability across

8 business verticals

at Imarticus Learning. This role partners directly with the CFO and CXO team to drive financial discipline, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.

What You’ll Lead

End-to-end

Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning

Monthly

MIS , variance analysis & business performance reviews

Cost efficiency

programs across marketing, subvention, tools, and overheads

Corporate finance initiatives – cash flow, capital allocation, working capital

Financial modelling, scenario planning & KPI dashboards

Collaboration with business heads to drive revenue, margin & ROI

Building a high-performing FP&A team and strengthening planning systems

Supporting the organisation with IPO & Fundraises

What We’re Looking For

CA

with

7–12 years

in FP&A / Business Finance

Strong modelling, Excel / Power Query; Power BI / SQL is a plus

Track record of driving profitability, efficiency & strategic impact

Strong communication, executive presence & stakeholder management

Prior experience in Startups is huge plus.
