Secure research funding and collaborate with national / international institutions and industry partners. Contribute to departmental administration, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives. Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences to enrich academic exposure. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior faculty and students.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory).

- Significant record of research publications in SCI / Scopus indexed journals.
- Experience in guiding doctoral research scholars.
- Strong academic leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
