Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter who has handled end-to-end hiring in an RPO or Implant model . The role demands strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive volume as well as niche hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Expertise in managing high-volume and niche hiring assignments
Strong stakeholder communication and maturity in interactions
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within committed timelines
Strong planning, self-organization, and execution speed
Proficiency in ATS, data management, reporting & hiring metrics
Core Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Work closely with Client HR and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and deliver talent on time
Coordinate interviews, feedback, evaluation processes, and offer approvals
Maintain recruitment progress on ATS, dashboards, and weekly / monthly hiring reports
Participate in recruitment drives, hiring events, and talent engagement initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
Achieve closure targets within defined SLAs and timelines

Reporting Structure
The onsite recruiter(s) will collaborate closely with the Client’s HR Team and Hiring Managers for daily recruitment operations and planning.
