Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities
- Research and target potential clients across IT, finance, healthcare, and emerging industry sectors
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met and quality service is delivered.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the job market in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide effective solutions.Experience in IT recruitment or specialized industry verticalsExisting network of HR decision-makers and hiring managersSkills Required
