What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Project Manager within our TA Connections (Airline Division – Client Services) division. This position falls under our Client Services line of business and is located in the Asia Pacific region (Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, or India preferred). In this role, you will support end-to-end technology implementations for airline clients across the Asia Pacific region. You will report directly to the Director of Implementations & Project Management and regularly collaborate with Business Development, IT, Operations, Account Management, and Client Services teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include :
Leading several concurrent implementation projects (number varies by complexity and scope)Gathering business requirements and defining project deliverables, milestones, and sprint schedulesCreating and maintaining detailed project plans, validating scope, and monitoring KPIsProactively managing client expectations around service delivery and timelinesIdentifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks and issuesCoordinating cross-functional resources, tasks, and dependenciesDocumenting implementation progress, including decisions, change logs, and actionsDelivering training and implementation support to internal and external stakeholdersRepresenting client feedback to internal teams and driving continuous improvementProviding technical input and demo support for business development initiativesTraveling up to 25% across the region for in-person implementation supportShow more
