Oracle Procurement / VMS functional lead :

Exp range for both the roles are 5-9 years.

Here are some of his assigned tasks in addition to the typical tasks, in order to better understand what we need :

• At least two full implementations of Fusion cloud procurement - vendor management source-to-pay and vendor lifecycle management
• Good command of baseline configuration
• Key components of applicable Cloud Procurement (Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), Supplier Hub, Supplier Portal, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory))
• Configuration / operation of vendor registration portal (supplier approval process), including vetting, questionnaires, etc.
• Good command of baseline configuration processes (facility, company, group, user profiles, items, vendors, locations, etc.)
• Good command of contracts (contract process, e-mails, electronic signatures, etc.)
• Configuration of standard / delivered reports
• Participate in user access / security configuration
• Experience managing data feeds with Oracle EDM (i.e. vendor or location master data)
• Testing and training
• Good communication and documentation skills
