Job Description - Construction Manager
Experience : 10-15 Years
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee the complete execution of commercial and other large-scale projects, from the greenfield stage through to handover.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will require strategic planning, strong leadership, and meticulous execution.

Key Responsibilities :
General management of construction of Projects from Green field stage to handover.Co-ordination with internal and external agencies during pre-execution stage and execution stage.Pre-execution project Planning, setting up milestones and value engineering.Execution of all construction related work with the help of reputed Engineering and Contracting Companies.Forecasting monthly Cash Flow, finalization of subcontractors for related works and defining the scope of work.Identifying the deviations in the budgets during execution phase.Follow up with consultants and Architects for proper drawings and inputs.Preparing and presenting monthly MIS reports.Coordinating with sales / leasing team to achieve the commitment made to the Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least one large-scale commercial project completed as Project In-Charge.Proven track record in managing projects from greenfield stage to handover.Strong expertise in project planning, milestone setting, and value engineering.Hands-on experience in coordinating with consultants, architects, and multiple internal and external stakeholders during all project phases.Skilled in managing reputed engineering and contracting companies for timely and quality project delivery.Proficiency in forecasting and managing project cash flow, budgeting, and subcontractor finalization with clear scope definition.Strong ability to monitor and control budget deviations during execution.Experience in preparing and presenting MIS and progress reports to senior management.Knowledge of relevant construction codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.(ref : iimjobs.com)
