Revenue Optics is scaling fast, and our operational backbone must scale with it. The Head of PMO & Daily Operations will architect the systems, cadence, and execution framework that enable our consulting, analytics, and AI-enabled services to run with precision.

This is not an administrative role — it’s a build-and-lead mandate.

You will design the operating system for a firm that moves at high velocity and works directly with PE-backed distributors across North America. Your work will determine how the company executes, communicates, and grows.

Key Responsibilities

Build the PMO from the Ground Up

  • Stand up governance frameworks, workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Create portfolio visibility across consulting, analytics, operations, recruiting, and automation workstreams.
  • Implement cadence management, dependency tracking, risk controls, and escalation pathways.

Run Daily Operations with Precision

  • Manage day-to-day priorities, work sequencing, and cross-team coordination.
  • Develop SOPs, process maps, operating rhythms, capacity models, and organizational controls.
  • Ensure clear communication flow across all functions, reducing friction and increasing execution velocity.
  • Serve as Execution Partner to the Founder

  • Convert strategic direction into structured plans, timelines, and operating routines.
  • Maintain tight alignment, follow-through, and clarity on high-stakes initiatives.
  • Provide structured leverage to expand Founder bandwidth.
  • Drive AI-Enabled Productivity

  • Integrate AI tools and automation into PMO workflows, reporting, documentation, and project visibility.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through automation and smarter processes.
  • What You Bring

  • 5–10 years in PMO, program management, operations, or chief-of-staff-style leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to build structure in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong governance skills : planning, prioritization, sequencing, and cross-functional execution.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-ready presence.
  • Systems thinker with the ability to design and institutionalize scalable processes.
  • High comfort operating directly with senior leadership, owning outcomes, and driving clarity.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours and start immediately.
