SAP Bid Manager

Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities :

• 10+ years of experience in leading full lifecycle of SAP RFPs all the way up to final submission.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, finance, legal, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.
• Develop bid strategies that align with client requirements and internal capabilities.
• Manage proposal timelines, governance checkpoints, and stakeholder input.
• Create and maintain reusable content libraries, templates, and standard SAP solution narratives.
• Create a Customer Profitability sheet based on effort estimates and anchor calls with the team.
• Ensure compliance with client instructions, legal standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct win / loss reports / reviews and integrate lessons learned into future bid strategies.
• Stay current with SAP trends, competitive landscape, and proposal best practices.
