Job Title : AI Automation Specialist (No-Code)

Client Location : Singapore

Working Days / Hours : Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM SGT

Contract Type : Full-Time Contract

Monthly Salary : USD 800

About the Role

One of our clients is seeking a  hands-on AI & Automation Specialist  who can apply existing AI and no-code tools to make our business operations smarter and faster. This role focuses on  implementing practical, easy-to-use AI solutions  — such as automating administrative workflows, building chatbots for student support, and optimizing marketing processes using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, and Airtable. If you love improving efficiency, simplifying processes, and empowering non-technical teams to work smarter with AI — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Workflow Automation

• Design and implement automations for administrative and operational tasks (e.g., certificate generation, CRM updates, student reminders).
• Use tools such as  Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT  to streamline business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions that are reliable, scalable, and quick to deploy.
