• Experienced in Banking domain.
• Should be able to prepare the overall Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan for small finance bank.
• Should have performed and managed DR / BCP Operations for a Bank or Financial institution
• Should be able to prepare and execute Application level DR plan for around 80+ applications
• Should have knowledge of Kyndryl Resiliency Orchestrator or similar Disaster Recovery Automation tool
• Should be able to design, prepare and automate the DR Automation workflows
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
