About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Marketplace Operations & Ads Specialist to manage catalogs, optimize listings, maintain marketplace efficiency, and run high-performing advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with our Marketplace Lead to ensure consistency, structured execution, and growth across multiple brand accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product listing & catalog setup across Amazon and additional marketplaces
- Create and optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, and A+ content
- Maintain catalog hygiene by resolving listing errors, suppressions, compliance warnings, and content quality issues
- Coordinate with brand teams for product info, SKU updates, pricing, and creative assets
- Monitor inventory, buy box visibility, pricing consistency, and listing health dashboards
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon / Marketplace Advertising campaigns to improve visibility and ROI
- Maintain, refresh, and optimize brand storefronts and seasonal merchandising layouts
- Assist in planning promotional events, offers, and campaign calendars with marketplaces
- Prepare and share weekly reports on listings performance, advertising results, and marketplace KPIs
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-account environment with structured communication
What You Bring
1–3 years of hands-on marketplace experience (Amazon required;multi-platform experience preferred)
Strong cataloging / listing management and marketplace troubleshooting capabilityStrong, practical experience in planning, executing & optimizing Amazon / Marketplace Ads campaignsExperience managing or supporting additional platforms : Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, FirstCry, TataCliq, etc.Understanding of brand storefront layouts, seasonality planning, campaign cycles, and platform playbooksStrong written & spoken English — clear internal communication is essentialOwnership mindset, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple accounts independently
