Senior Landscape Architect

The Head of Landscape Design will lead the end-to-end landscape vision, strategy, design, and execution across all residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role is responsible for developing inspirational, sustainable, and future-ready landscape environments that enhance project value, customer experience, and brand differentiation. This leader will collaborate closely with internal design, architecture, MEP, sustainability, and project teams, as well as external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Landscape Design & Strategy

• Develop the organization’s landscape design philosophy in alignment with brand positioning.
• Drive innovation in outdoor living, sustainable landscape practices, climate-resilient design, and biodiversity.
• Lead conceptualization, master planning, and detailed design for all project landscapes.
• Review, refine, and approve design proposals, plant palettes, materials, and hardscape elements.
