Operational / Customer Focus
1. Design Planning & Development
- Review and verify landscape designs proposed by external architects to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Interface with design managers, regional teams, HO design team, and external consultants
- Recommend design options for specific greenfield projects
- Coordinate landscape outputs for marketing collaterals including renders, AVs, models, etc.
- Manage landscape design and quality for marketing offices and show apartments in line with product positioning
2. Coordination for Approvals
Provide design briefs and detailed requirements to consultantsFollow up and track design submissionsCoordinate with design managers for documentation as per project schedulesLiaise with external consultants for applying and managing certifications3. Coordination During Project Execution
Collaborate with project teams during landscape design executionMonitor work progress to ensure compliance with design briefs and normsConduct site visits as necessary4. Standardization of Design Process
