Job description

Operational / Customer Focus

1. Design Planning & Development

  • Review and verify landscape designs proposed by external architects to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements
  • Interface with design managers, regional teams, HO design team, and external consultants
  • Recommend design options for specific greenfield projects
  • Coordinate landscape outputs for marketing collaterals including renders, AVs, models, etc.
  • Manage landscape design and quality for marketing offices and show apartments in line with product positioning

2. Coordination for Approvals

  • Provide design briefs and detailed requirements to consultants
  • Follow up and track design submissions
  • Coordinate with design managers for documentation as per project schedules
  • Liaise with external consultants for applying and managing certifications

    • 3. Coordination During Project Execution

  • Collaborate with project teams during landscape design execution
  • Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with design briefs and norms
  • Conduct site visits as necessary

    • 4. Standardization of Design Process

  • Create templates to standardize landscape design across regions (material lists, design standards, details)
  • Update templates and issue circulars as specified

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and defined processes
  • Maintain adherence to project timelines

  • Identify improvement opportunities within own work area
  • Recommend and implement ideas for increased efficiency, cost savings, and productivity

    • Who Are We Looking For

    Education :

  • B.Arch / M.Arch

    • Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Prior team management experience is mandatory
