Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Associate Software Engineer at Mindlabs located in Hyderabad. As a Associate Software Engineer, your key responsibilites include,

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.Js and React frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integrations.
• Create and manage databases using DynamoDb and Redis, optimizing data models for efficiency and performance.
• Deploy applications and services on AWS, monitoring and troubleshooting as needed.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues to maintain a reliable and secure system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing in new ideas and technologies to improve development processes.
• Investigate and debug production issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify the root cause of issues affecting application performance or functionality.
• Implement and deploy immediate fixes or workarounds to mitigate critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
