We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technology skills.
The role involves end-to-end recruitment for specialized IT roles, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment for ERP, CRM, and niche technology roles.
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.Prior experience working on similar projects is highly preferred.Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri and other platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Education :
