Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges, existing infrastructure, and future technology goals.
Design and present comprehensive tech-enabled solutions, including system architectures, hardware and software specifications, and detailed implementation strategies.
Lead technical demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the value and functionality of solutions.
Conduct PoCs at office and client sites to showcase solution capabilities aligned with client requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the smart building and physical security sector.
Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Identify security vulnerabilities and design effective, tailored solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, site surveys, and technical support.

Experience & Skills :

7–10 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering roles within the physical security industry.

Strong expertise in video surveillance, access control systems (ACS), and other physical security technologies.

Solid understanding of IP networking principles, including network design for security systems, bandwidth calculations, and cybersecurity best practices.

Relevant manufacturer certifications (e.g., Genetec, LenelS2) preferred; CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS International is a plus.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
