Job description

We’re Hiring : HR Manager (Managerial Role) — Immediate Joiner

Company : ProSync Infotech

Location : Patel Nagar, Delhi (Full-time, On-site)

Experience : 1–3 years

CTC : ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Lucrative Incentives up to ₹20,000 / month

Team Support : 2 Executives + 1 Intern already in place

ProSync Infotech is an e-commerce education and operations company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses start and scale their journey on Amazon.

We conduct live webinars, masterclasses, and training programs that guide people on :

Building an Amazon FBA business
Launching private label brands
Product research & validation
Sourcing from China
Scaling e-commerce operations profitably

We also work closely with manufacturers, resellers, and brand owners across India to create growth opportunities within the Amazon ecosystem. Our team is young, dynamic, and deeply committed to supporting entrepreneurs in building successful online businesses.

Job Description Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments including operations, marketing, sales, content, and support roles.

Conduct onboarding, orientation, and ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Handle employee relations, manage conflicts, and support a healthy, productive work environment.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and provide accurate payroll inputs.

Coordinate performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and development plans.

Ensure HR processes follow legal and regulatory requirements.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen culture and retention.

Work with management on workforce planning and talent development.

Requirements :

Degree in Human Resources or a relevant HR field (mandatory)

1–3 years of HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding & compliance

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage HR operations independently in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in decision making
