Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist with hiring processes, conduct interviews, support training initiatives, and help with overall recruiting strategies. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, assessing candidate communications, and collaborating with the recruiting team to improve processes and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to assist in Training initiatives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• MBA - HR will be preferred
