Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules.
This pivotal role demands a blend of deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proactive stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, Health Log Analytics, Certificate Management, Orchestration, and Integrations.
- Implement and maintain the CSDM framework, effectively defining data requirements, configuring CMDB classes, establishing relationships among Configuration Items (CIs), and ensuring data integrity.
- Lead the full lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions development, from requirement gathering through design, implementation, testing, and support.
- Develop complex scripting solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly, and other ServiceNow frameworks to extend platform capabilities.
- Manage ServiceNow core platform integrations leveraging REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Service Graph connectors.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers to empower teams and end-users.
- Perform thorough system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver prompt end-user support to ensure high solution availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Foster documentation practices including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational manuals.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team to drive best practices in ServiceNow development and ITOM processes.
Mandatory Skills :
Extensive expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Connected Operations (ConnectedOps).Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM components, especially :
