Role & responsibilities
What you'll do
A Digital Strategy Analyst you will collaborate with various stakeholders to surface strategies that aligns with customers vision. The Analyst will be expected to perform a number of activities including but not limited to : -
- Perform competitive assessments & analysis to identify gaps & areas of opportunities
- Contribute towards supporting XL team's offerings through research, analysis and deliverables and provide industry specific recommendations
- Leverage Analytics solutions to perform Site Analysis to identify areas of opportunity for the client in question
- Build point-of-views and recommend strategies for customer-experience transformation & digital innovation
- Get holistic understanding of Adobe's Digital Experience Solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, etc. that aligns with customer's vision & interests.
- Contributing to team's performance reporting cadences and metrics / targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discover customer needs, craft and present deliverables during internal and / or external readouts as and when required, with bare minimum support.
- Show proficiency in functional / industry expertise or Experience Cloud solution know-how at high level.
Education
What you need to succeed
MBA or Equivalent advanced degree4-6 years of management consulting experience in the field of Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy or Digital AnalyticsKnowledge of MarTech ecosystem and Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsKnowledge on key industry trends and various industry specific KPIs & metricsProficiency at translating insights from market research into criteria for benchmarking and analysisExperience in and understanding of running and creating market research surveysExperience leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMRush to conduct omnichannel and heuristic analysisProven passion for digital experiences and / or cloud technologyExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendationsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levelsAbility to communicate sophisticated ideas verbally and in writing – and a strong presenterAbility to work proactively and independently with minimal supervisionHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quicklySkills and Experience
