About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Payments Hub platform . The role requires strong knowledge of ACH and Wire transfers , with additional experience in RTP, FedNow, or card payments . You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to define strategy, build features, and deliver scalable payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Payments Hub.
- Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept to launch.
- Define functional specifications for ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and card payments .
- Work with engineering on APIs, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with Nacha, Fed, and card network standards .
- Track key metrics (success rate, processing speed, fraud detection).
- Partner with banks, payment networks, and fintechs to enhance the product.
- Stay updated on real-time payments, ISO 20022, and digital wallet trends .
