Job Title :  Finance Assistant

Location :  Spanish Caribbean (MGM Muthu Hotels)

Salary :  ₹50,000 per month

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  Finance Assistant  to support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation.

Support the monthly closing process and preparation of financial statements.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash transactions.

Assist with budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for financial matters.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager and team.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (hospitality experience preferred).

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Good communication skills in English (Spanish knowledge is an asset).

Ability to relocate and work in the Caribbean region.
