We&aposre looking for a friendly and organized Customer Support Coordinator to be a key point of contact for our customers.
You&aposll help people on their health journey by coordinating our advanced diagnostic tests and answering questions about our "Essentials" supplements. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves to help people, is great with details, and wants to grow with our brand.
What You&aposll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)
Guide customers through our testing process : You&aposll be the main contact for scheduling tests, sending out kits, and making sure everything runs smoothly with our lab partners.
Answer customer questions : You&aposll handle inquiries for both our diagnostic tests (like "Where is my kit") and our Essentials supplements (like "How do I take this" or "Can you help me with my order").
Track everything : You&aposll keep our records updated, track the progress of every test, and ensure reports are delivered on time.
Solve problems : You&aposll help customers with any issues they have, from tracking a shipment to answering a product question, ensuring they have a great experience.
Report on what&aposs working : You&aposll help us keep an eye on our performance by tracking key numbers like test turnaround times and customer query volumes.
You&aposre a great fit if you have...
1-3 years of experience in a customer support or coordination role.
A passion for helping people and solving problems with a friendly attitude.
Amazing organizational skills – you&aposre great at managing details and keeping things on track.
Clear and simple communication skills, both written and verbal.
A knack for being proactive and spotting potential issues before they happen.
You&aposre comfortable using tools like Google Sheets / Excel for tracking. (Experience with Shopify or a helpdesk tool is a plus!)
