The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and efficient features in an Agile environment.

Role Expectations :

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Design and implement new features, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Write and maintain unit tests using RSpec or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment activities.
• Follow best practices in software engineering, including test-driven development and version control (Git).
