QA / QC Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled QA / QC Tester with a strong background in test automation and excellent communication. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and providing exceptional support to our end-users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement in our development processes. This is a position for one of our offices in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on technical and business requirements.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to validate product functionality, usability, and performance.
• Log and track issues using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to resolve bugs and ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Review technical and functional documentation for clarity and completeness.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA input during sprint planning and design.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and issues effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
• Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and testing reports for key stakeholders.
