POSITION SUMMARY

The  School Networks & Alumni Engagement Associate  will support the implementation of Education Quality’s post–three-year Education Quality engagement model. The role focuses on organizing and activating school leaders and teachers who have graduated from the three-year program into national, regional, and global Communities of Practice. The Associate will coordinate engagement activities, maintain digital community spaces, and work closely with country teams and the EdTech Manager to ensure consistent communication, participation, and content flow across the CoPs.

RESPONSIBILITIES  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

CoP Organization & School Grouping

• Categorize graduate schools into appropriate CoP groups based on geography, program data, and thematic needs.
• Maintain a clean, updated registry of participating schools and focal persons.
• Support onboarding of new members into digital community platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, LMS groups, portals).

CoP Engagement & Coordination

Collaboration With Digital Learning & Education Specialists

Monitoring, Data Tracking & Reporting

Administrative & Operational Support
