Job Description : CMMI Level 3 Implementation & ISO Audit Specialist
Location : Quess Towers, Bengaluru
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in CMMI Level 3 implementation and managing internal and external audits for ISO 20000 and other relevant standards . The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive audit readiness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CMMI Level 3 implementation, including process definition, gap assessment, documentation, training, and appraisal readiness.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits for ISO 20000 and additional standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
- Conduct regular process and compliance assessments, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Own and update organizational process documentation, policies, and SOPs to align with CMMI and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of compliant processes and quality frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support teams in implementing best practices.
- Prepare audit reports, track non-conformities, and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external assessors, auditors, and certification bodies.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on CMMI, ISO 20000, and other quality standards.
- Monitor process KPIs and ensure ongoing compliance with organizational quality objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or IT service management.Proven experience in implementing CMMI Level 3 (Dev or SVC) in a corporate environment.Hands-on experience conducting and facilitating internal and external audits for ISO 20000, 9001, 27001, 22301, 27701Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
