Sr. UI / UX Designer

Position Overview :

We are seeking a  Senior UI / UX Designer  who not only excels in creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces but also understands the technical constraints and possibilities of front-end technologies, particularly React.js. You will work closely with developers and product teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that enhance user experience and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, gather insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centric designs.

UX Design : Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups that clearly communicate design concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience.

UI Design : Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces that are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for both web and mobile applications.

Prototyping & Testing : Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design ideas are properly executed.

Design Handoff : Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers, ensuring smooth handoffs and proper design implementation in React.js.

Stay Updated : Keep abreast of UI / UX best practices, design trends, and advancements in front-end technologies like React.js.

React.js Integration : Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are inline with developers framework and guide them in implementing the designs accurately. Knowledge of React.js preferable.

Qualifications :

Experience : 8-12+ years of experience in UI / UX design, with at least 1-2 years working with front-end frameworks like React.js.

Education : Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience in React.js and a strong understanding of how front-end technologies interact with UI / UX designs.

Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with prototyping tools and wireframing.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate on designs based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Understanding of component-based design for React.js.
