About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with people, and wants hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and HR processes within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Coordination
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and job postings.Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.Support onboarding activities such as documentation, introduction emails, and orientation planning.Maintain employee records and help with daily HR documentation.Assist in collecting interview feedback and preparing evaluation summaries.Help streamline HR processes and suggest improvements.🔹 What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, or have relevant internship experience.Strong curiosity to explore HR tech tools, vendors, and recruitment systems; comfortable with Excel, PPT, HRMS platforms, ATS portals, and advanced Google / Boolean search.Able to maintain and update employee data with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and clean record-keeping across trackers and HR databases.Open to experimenting with AI tools and adopting modern best practices to improve workflows and operational efficiency.Genuine interest in people operations; collaborative, proactive, and excited to take ownership from execution to delivery.Understanding of the startup ecosystem is a plus especially if you enjoy building processes from scratch and navigating fast-paced environments.Willing to handle additional ad-hoc tasks that support daily HR operations and keep the function running smoothly.🔹 What You’ll Learn
