Job description

We are urgently looking for a Freelance Process Trainer from the Oil and Gas industry to join our esteemed petroleum project based in Rajkot

📍 Base Location : Rajkot

Key Requirements :

  • Fluency in Gujarati
  • Qualification : Graduate in Science / Engineering stream
  • Experience : 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site training for petrol pump staff
  • Cover topics like safety (fire, spill), forecourt SOPs, customer service, fuel handling, and compliance
  • Travel to various retail outlets across Rajasthan to conduct audits, feedback, and refresher sessions
  • Ensure standardisation of operations across locations
  • Work with Territory Managers and RO Managers to implement training plans
