Litigation Lawyer

We are looking to onboard a dedicated

Litigation Lawyer

to join our dynamic disputes team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in court practice, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to work independently on client matters. The role requires managing end-to-end litigation responsibilities from case intake to final hearing and client management.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients before :

High Courts

District Courts

Supreme Court of India

Regulatory Tribunals

(NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, RERA, APTEL, etc.)

Arbitral Tribunals

(domestic and institutional arbitration)

Draft pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, interim applications, legal notices, and settlement agreements.

Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.

Liaise and coordinate with senior advocates, local counsels, and briefing counsels.

Provide strategic legal advice to clients on litigation risk, remedies, and procedural strategy.

Attend hearings, manage court schedules, and ensure timely filings and compliance with court processes.

Maintain and update internal documentation, case status reports, and MIS for litigation matters.

Mentor and support junior associates (if at senior level).

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a reputed law school; enrollment with State Bar Council is mandatory.

2–8 years of post-qualification litigation experience.

Proficiency in

civil, commercial, constitutional, or regulatory litigation

Strong command over

procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Arbitration Act, Evidence Act, etc.)

Prior experience in sectors like

infrastructure, energy, real estate, or financial services

will be an advantage.

Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Comfortable with multitasking and working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Good communication and client-handling abilities.
