Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located in Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Captain will supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure efficient and personalized service. Daily tasks include maintaining service standards, overseeing food service operations, attending to customer needs, and ensuring excellent communication between team members and customers. The role involves active participation in improving service quality and creating a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in maintaining high service standards and food service operations
• Strong customer service skills and ability to address customer needs effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management or related field
