Job descriptionDesign and develop analog and digital hardware for inverter and energy systems. Create and review schematics ensuring accuracy and robustness. Select appropriate components for performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Conduct power and signal integrity analysis to ensure design quality. Support PCB layout engineers with design constraints and guidelines. Conduct design reviews and maintain high-quality documentation. Ensure compliance with EMI / EMC and certification requirements. Strong collaboration and teamwork across hardware, firmware, and mechanical domains. Critical thinking with the ability to anticipate design challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced development cycles. Strong documentation, review, and communication skills. Expertise in mixed-signal circuit design. Proficiency with analog front-end design, gate drivers, and isolation techniques. Experience in schematic capture and design review processes. Knowledge of EMI / EMC compliance and mitigation methods. Hands-on experience with power and signal integrity analysis. Strong background in component selection and evaluation.
