Job Description : AI Prompt Engineer (AI Visual Creator – Images / Videos)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI Prompt Engineer (AI Visual Creator) who can conceptualize, design, and generate high-quality AI-based images and videos using tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML, D-ID, Pika Labs, or similar AI creation tools.

The ideal candidate understands creative storytelling, visual aesthetics, and how to craft prompts that produce stunning, brand-aligned visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop highly effective prompts for AI image and video generation based on campaign, brand, or creative requirements.
  • Create visually compelling AI-generated graphics, short-form videos, animations, and visual concepts.
  • Experiment with multiple AI tools and refine prompts for better outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver creatives for ads, social media, websites, and branding.
  • Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI creative tools, models, styles, and trends.
  • Manage visual asset libraries and project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with AI image / video generation tools such as :
  • Midjourney
  • Stable Diffusion
  • Leonardo AI
  • Runway ML
  • Pika Labs
  • D-ID or similar
  • Strong understanding of visual design, color theory, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and descriptive prompts for high-quality visual results.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, ad creatives, or brand communication.
  • Portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals or creative work.
  • Understanding of storytelling, mood boards, and visual composition.
