Inside Sales Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female consultant to join our team in

Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and

maintaining positive relationships with customers while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain products / services clearly and build customer interest.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update call records.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Work towards achieving daily / weekly / monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive approach on calls.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, CRM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years' previous sales experience
