About the Role :

Adverio is redefining what it means to create content that converts on Amazon. We’re not looking for another copywriter or asset manager — we’re looking for a conversion strategist who can connect data, design, and storytelling into measurable profit lift.

As Head of Content & Conversion Intelligence , you’ll own the entire content ecosystem : copy, images, and listing structure — but through the lens of performance and process. You’ll bridge the gap between creative and analytics, leading a growing team that feeds directly into our CRO, SEO, and automation systems.

Your job :

Build the most effective listing optimization system in the industry — and lead the people, process, and AI that make it scale.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Ownership

• Lead, mentor, and QA a cross-functional content team (copywriters, designers, and media specialists).
• Define and enforce Adverio’s content standards, ensuring all listings meet or exceed our Listing Quality Score (LQS) and CRO benchmarks.
• Translate creative insights into structured SOPs that can be trained, tracked, and automated.
• Partner with leadership on forecasting capacity and prioritizing high-ROI optimization projects.
