Role : Supply Success Manager

You’ll own seller growth, retention, and long-term success. Your work directly drives platform revenue and supply strength.

What You’ll Own :

Seller Success & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top sellers & live sellers
  • Monitor performance : revenue, frequency, engagement
  • Identify growth opportunities & scale seller earnings
  • Prevent churn with proactive interventions
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews

Growth & Ops

  • Help sellers improve catalogue, pricing, and inventory
  • Execute seller engagement & growth programs
  • Collaborate with marketing / content / product teams
  • Run growth experiments and apply learnings
  • Data & Reporting

  • Track seller KPIs and patterns
  • Deliver insights to improve retention and revenue
  • Maintain accurate dashboards and reports
  • What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves

  • 2+ years in Sales, Account Management, Seller Success, or Growth
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English
  • Proven ability to hit targets
  • Comfortable with data and dashboards
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer internet
  • Passion for sales, relationships, and growth
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with SMBs or online sellers
  • Familiarity with CRM & sales automation tools
  • Success Metrics

  • 70% seller retention after 90 days
  • Consistent improvement in seller revenue & show frequency
  • 100+ meaningful seller interactions monthly
  • Monthly insights & growth experiments shipped
