Role - Service Desk

Required Technical Skill Set - ITIL, ITSM, International Voice Exper, Technical support

Desired Experience Range - 4-6 years

Location of Requirement - Kolkata

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Excellent communication skills

Voice Support Experience

L1 Technical support experience for retail domain

Hands on exp of Service Now ticketing tool & Active directory will be an added advantage

Chat Support experience

Should be familiar with remote support for end users

Ready to work in a 24

  • 7 environment

Comfortable with Rotational shifts & Rotational WO

Minimum 2.5 years commitment to work with project

Clearing Customer Evaluation is a must to work for the project

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.

Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions / boundaries.

Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 24
