AI Engineer – Copilot 60; (Offshore, Remote) 60; Location : Offshore (Remote) 60; Experience : 2-4 years 60; Start Date : ~May 5th, ; Engagement Type : Full-Time 60; About the Role : 60; Smartbridge is looking for an AI Engineer focused on Microsoft Copilot to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions using Copilot and Microsoft AI services.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning models, and cloud-based AI services, with a strong understanding of integrating AI into business processes. 60; Responsibilities : 60; Develop and customize AI-driven Copilot solutions to enhance business workflows. 60; Integrate Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Azure AI services into enterprise applications. 60; Design, train, and optimize AI models for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making. 60; Implement natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation models to improve user experiences. 60; Collaborate with business users and developers to define Copilot customization and AI integration needs. 60; Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and fine-tuning of AI models. 60; Ensure AI models are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. 60; Technical Skills Required : 60; Microsoft Copilot & OpenAI Services (Customization & Integration). 60; Python or R for AI / ML model development. 60; Azure AI Services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Builder). 60; Power Automate & AI Integration for workflow automation. 60; Data Engineering : SQL, Power Query, and ETL operations. 60; Natural Language Processing (NLP) & LLMs for AI-driven text and conversation modeling. 60; Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. 60; Additional Requirements : 60; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. 60; AI-related certifications (Azure AI Engineer, OpenAI Developer, or Microsoft Copilot certification) preferred. 60; Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus. 60; 100% remote role – Must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST. 60; 3-month probation period before full-time confirmation.
