Job Description

Job Title - Hadoop Administrator

Experience - 6 - 12 Years

Location - Bangalore

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirements : -

  • Install, configure, and manage Hadoop clusters (HDFS, YARN, Spark etc.).
  • Monitor the health and performance of the Hadoop clusters and troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement and manage security policies and procedures within the Hadoop environment.
  • Perform regular upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks on Hadoop components; automate all BAU jobs / tasks.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation and job scheduling.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to support data ingestion, processing, and analytics.

Cloud Operations :

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).

    • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications and services.

  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for cloud environments.
  • Automate cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM templates.
  • Optimize cloud resources and manage cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure data security and compliance within cloud environments.
