Technical Leadership Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leadership Director to drive our technology roadmap, ensure team scalability and engineering excellence.

This role will be responsible for leading protocol design, smart contract development, backend scalability, DevSecOps, and architecting high-performance secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Own and evolve the technical architecture of stablecoin infrastructure including smart contracts cross-chain bridging custody solutions and API infrastructure.
• Team Building & Management : Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team fostering collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence.
• Execution & Delivery : Lead planning, sprints, and development maintenance cycles to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant code.
• Security & Reliability : Champion best practices in secure coding, smart contract audits, and platform uptime ensuring fault-tolerant scalable systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, compliance, business development, and operations aligning engineering with company objectives and regulatory standards.
• Innovation : Stay on the pulse of new technologies in the crypto ecosystem (L2s, ZK proofs, interoperability protocols etc.) and proactively introduce solutions keeping us ahead.
